Zum Blauen See - Dorsten

Short trip to Dorsten and on recommendation to the Blue Lake. Have both chosen the menu carousel. The 4 courses are madness and waitress/wire? was very attentive and friendly. Great hosts. Thanks for the nice evening

When we are there it was always delicious (especially the descent) and cozy upstairs. The staff friendly and the boss can not welcome the guests after good work done.

We ate very well and drank. Come back!
