Good day! My husband and I have often visited this cinema and typically enjoyed our experiences, but recently we had an unpleasant encounter. The woman selling tickets was quite rude and appeared dissatisfied with her job. Moreover, the man checking tickets would not let us enter the theater with our KFC chicken, even though we had already purchased our tickets. According to the "Consumer Rights Protection" law, cinemas cannot prohibit patrons from bringing their own food inside! The man presented us with some rules written on a plain sheet of paper, which had no signature or stamp—anyone could have written that and posted it! He suggested that we leave our food in a locker but seemed to indicate that he would not take responsibility for our belongings left there. This experience was very disappointing!

Уютное место. Удобно и в фойе, и в зрительных залах. Хорошие кресла, комфортные расстояния между рядами, можно нормально пройти. Качественная картинка, нормальный звук. Перед сеансом тоже есть чем заняться и взрослым, и детям. Имеются игровые автоматы, буфет с напитками и попкорном, мягкие диванчики. Чистый туалет. Персонал приветливый.
