Rifugio Gorropu - DORGALI

Il ristorante è incantevole, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e il cibo è ottimo sia per la quantità che per la qualità. Tuttavia, devo fare delle osservazioni sulla camera in cui ho soggiornato con il mio partner: ho pagato 50 euro a notte per una camera doppia e la colazione che non abbiamo mai potuto gustare. Trovo scorretto che il frigorifero fosse completamente vuoto, senza nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua o un frigo bar per pagare i consumi. La prima notte ho avuto un'escoriazione alla gamba sinistra e un gonfiore ad entrambe le gambe a causa di un pesto scuro dovuto alla mancanza di una lampadina. Inoltre, non c'era una TV e la connessione Wi-Fi non funzionava nonostante le credenziali fornite. Le camere dovrebbero ricevere la stessa attenzione e cura del ristorante, soprattutto considerando il costo. Durante la partenza, un cane mi è corso incontro abbaiando e singhiozzando, solo l'intervento del padrone ha evitato il peggio. Anche se mi sono state offerte delle scuse, credo che sia necessario essere più organizzati e meno superficiali per evitare situazioni di pericolo. In conclusione, il personale e il ristorante meritano un voto alto, ma è importante prestare maggiore attenzione alle camere. Dopo tre giorni le mie gambe sono ancora gonfie e dolenti.

We stayed at Rifugio Gorropu for about a week: wish it was longer! During this time we had breakfast in the dining room every morning (buffet-style, but don 't serve yourself! , a take away picnic lunch for a day 's hiking, and dinner outside on the terrace restaurant three times (the weather was good . The dinners are rustic and hearty rather than high gourmet chic and my only negative comment is that after a couple of times eating through the menu, there is nowhere to go with choices except to start repeating. All the staff were very cheerful and pleasant, and over a few days, you tend to get very friendly with some of them. The staff were also very prompt to come forward with good suggestions for things to do in the area, like boat trips and walks. We found that the terrace (with beautiful views and the large inside restaurant coped well with all the people accommodated on-site, but there were also outside groups, including some quite large family gatherings, who came just for dinner. This was good value, and an unforgettable experience overall. It certainly helps to have a car for staying here and getting around the Dorgali and Cala Ganone areas.

Really kind and helpful staff, delicious and local food, and a beautiful view. I would recommend visiting if you are in the area.

In addition to the beautiful place that boasts a marvelous view, the traditional cuisine is also truly spectacular, for it is good, authentic, and for the variety of the food offered and masterfully cooked by Angelo and his collaborators: from bread to antipasti, first courses primi piatti , main courses i secondi ...and last but not least, the dessert, seada, like everything else among the best I 've ever eaten! It is superfluous to go into the details of the ingredients of incomparable taste, which really make the typical Sardinian cuisine excellence; what makes the difference is the honesty of the owner who seems to carefully choose everything he offers with great abundance without skimping on wines and liqueurs, which are also excellent, like everything else. I should add that there were two gluten-intolerant people among us who could enjoy the same menu as the other non-celiacs, because Angelo provided them with the 'gluten-free ' version of the same starters. An added value was the professionalism, friendliness and kindness of the waiter who served us. The Rifugio Gorroppu is really to be recommended to anyone wishing to get to know traditional Sardinian dishes, perhaps after a pleasant excursion among the beauty the area has to offer!

Sono stata qui con la mia famiglia per festeggiare l' 8 dicembre. Posto spettacolare, ordinatissimo e molto pulito, ogni cosa è studiata in ogni minimo particore dall'arredamento alla posateria.. hanno un angolo dove hanno esposto varie tipologie di vino e degli oggetti tipici del nostro territorio. I piatti oltre che belli sono tutti molto buoni e abbondanti, vino,acqua e pane nn sono mai mancati durante tutto il pasto e il cameriere che ci ha seguito per tutta la durata del pranzo è stato gentilissimo. Che dire ci tornerò sicuramente!
