Pizzeria Dimitri Asso Di Pizze

We ate both at this restaurant and Wikipizza. There has been some controversy as to which one is better and we think that Dmitri's is marginally better and perhaps a little cheaper given pizza size. The pizza's at Dmitri's, at least the ones we ate were a little more flavorful, though that could be because the Sardinian pizzas at Wikipizza are purposefully bland. Not sure.

I wish I could remember the name of the pizza we had it was phenomenal (bacon, gorgonzola, some other stuff). Really friendly staff as well.

We went twice to this pizzeria in the center of Dorgali and although it was October and Dorgali at night is not really busy there were quite a few people, mostly families, having pizzas just like us. We had different ones every time and we were never disappointed. The best one I had was the one with buttarga and tomatoes. Unusual but a great taste and the crust was perfect. All of this with a good bottle of Sardinian red (not the best we had but at a reasonable price). Definitely worth a visit.
