Bb.q Chicken - Doraville

I really enjoyed the customer service, and the wait time was brief. Because of the short wait, my food arrived hot and fresh. I will definitely be returning frequently. I live about 45 minutes away, and it’s absolutely worth the trip!

I believe the location in NYC is better. At least there, they cover the entire chicken wing with sauce, and it’s for the same price.

We dined in on a Sunday night, and unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. Our server was unfriendly, which almost made us want to leave. When we asked for a drink that wasn't chilled, there was one sitting on the counter, but he flatly refused to give it to us, insisting that only chilled drinks were available. He could have easily handed us the one on the counter and then replaced it with another from the fridge, but that didn't happen. I can't help but wonder if this attitude is the reason they have little to no customers during dinner time.

Stopped by here after a long drive and was greeted warmly by the staff member. We ordered from the lunch special menu and found the soy garlic and original chicken and fries to be quite delicious. The restaurant is easily accessible off the highway, and both the establishment and bathroom were clean.

The friendly staff made me feel better. The chicken was also warm and delicious. I think I'll be going often.
