The Knife Doral

I used to love the knife before the pandemic but it is not what it used to be.

Ana Laura, our waitress, gave us the best service, and the food was excellent... As usual...

The flesh is not like before. but the service was great.

It was our first time at the knife. the waiter has forgotten to explain to us how the restaurant works, he has not told us that we can order other dings like pommes, fried sweet potatoes, meat, etc. we found out we all ask.

Very disappointed hot food including meat, fish and vegetables from the carving station/grill lacked flavor and was lukewarm at best. To make it worse, the salad bar had limited options not what you'd expect from a restaurant like this especially when you're paying upwards of $50 per plate. There are way better options in Miami, especially for the money you'll pay here avoid this place.
