Pollo Tropical - Doral

This restaurant clearly lacks an understanding of what customer service should be. I felt completely ignored by the staff, as if I were just an object in the way. I waited 40 minutes just to place my order, only to be told that I needed to speak with someone else. I approached multiple staff members, including a supervisor and a manager, but each time I was redirected to another person. After a total of 50 minutes, my food was finally served, without any apologies or explanations. The service was simply unacceptable. I will never return to this establishment, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. I experienced a level of disrespect that was shared by many other patrons; everyone leaving the restaurant looked just as frustrated by the service as I was.

I tried to communicate with her, but she remained silent and indifferent as she continued to search for the sauces. She didn't even come out to hand them to me directly; she just stood by the window. I asked for her name, but she claimed she didn't have one. Honestly, this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had! For the management, I was there on Wednesday, June 15th at 1:46 PM. According to my receipt, the employee's name is Yadam, and she was a heavyset woman with red hair.

Placed order online at 7pm, showed up at 8pm, food was still not ready. Stood around for another 30 minutes. Asked to cancel my order and for a refund. Asking for a refund seemed to be an impossible task. Rude employees. I used to work in fast food, I try to be understanding, I don?t make a fuss. Worst food service I?ve had in my entire life. I ordered here once before and had an awful experience. Can?t believe I decided to give them a second chance.

Ridiculous! Place an order for two tropi chops have waited more than 30 minutes to receive my food. All I see is the staff walking back-and-forth but no food coming out. I was not the only one that has been waiting for a very long time and when you ask the manager all they say is the food coming out now. Everyone in this picture has been waiting forever.

The restaurant is closed, only drive thru. Only 3 people working there, no garlic sauce, no Mac and cheese, the beans watery af, see picture, the yuca, hard, dry, bad, the chicken looks old, this restaurant used to be good, not anymore, I will never go there again.
