Mcdonald's - Doral

I was taken aback when they charged me 10 cents for hot mustard sauce. There was no ketchup or any other sauces in the bag either. I get that some places may have strange policies regarding sauces for nuggets and such, but just for hot mustard?

I had a very disappointing experience with Angela at the drive-thru. She needs to be trained on how to treat customers with respect. Managers and owners at this location, please consider providing her with the necessary guidance and support. It seems like Angela is not very enthusiastic about her job at McDonald's.

I had the most unpleasant experience at the drive-thru of McDonald's, where I encountered the rudest person I have ever met. The woman taking orders spoke to customers as if they were animals, making it a truly awful experience. I will never return to that McDonald's again.

People on the drive thru are rude and loud but overall good quality food even by McDonald's standards.

This place is ridiculous. You only get 1 sauce if you order chicken nuggets. They charge you $0.11 per sauce if you want more or order anything else that isn?t chicken nuggets. A billion dollar company and penny pinching for sauce. But I?m 100% sure theydidn?t charge the manager $0.11 for his 4 creams he used in his free coffee. Never seen a more stingy McDonalds. Please evaluateyour processes, because I?m sure those sauces don?t even cost you $0.01.
