I ordered an expensive plate to cost $70 that I should be used with the plate, but it was tasteless, I ordered a risotto, and it was cold and not creamy at all. taste was like tomato with rice. a lot of customer service. the manager didn't try us well after he had a lot of drinks and eating, she just told me I had to eat or take it. Of course, I told her to throw her away and I still have to pay the plate. I didn't care how much I had to pay, I just wanted to eat something good and even if I paid an expensive dinner to have at least a good experience with the manager, but she was rude. we were a big group, but they didn't care. I'll never be back. to lose a customer.

I went there yesterday and ordered one of the most expensive dishes in the menu which included lobster and sirloin. When the plate arrived I noticed the meat was overcooked and the lobster not well cooked at all (instead of being white meat it was somewhat transparent) which is terrible for seafood. I told the waitress and she brought a new plate for me which was half the size (both the lobster and piece of sirloin were very very small) and I told her that I felt I was being penalized because I returned the plate the first time. By the time the waitress came the second time we were tired and I was almost full of eating the bread, therefore I didn't request to redo the plate again and just ate some of it. I called today before posting this review to tell the restaurant we felt ripped off by the quality/ quantity and price of my plate and check if the restaurant would be willing to compensate for all the problems with my plate and the excuse was that I ate some of it and they do not give money back on that circumstance. I expected them to have a better policy regarding returning the money specially when a customer was penalized by them for returning bad food.

Every time I had ordered there’s a problem, cold pizza (even though location is less than a mile away) and it’s not only delivery the problem, problem is also pick up and orders not ready, today, after months of not ordering I decided to give you guys a last chance, pizza was promised between 3:15-3:32pm order arrived (missing a tiramisu which was charged on the order) at 3:47pm if you are unable to provide the service you’re promising , then is best to close, for me this is the last time I order from you
