The food was fantastic, but the service was terrible. The servers made unpleasant faces when I asked for extra lemon and seemed annoyed when I picked up my order to check it. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. They also got upset when I spoke in English because my Spanish isn't very strong. Overall, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Additionally, they charged me full price even though I came during a lunch special.

A fantastic Venezuelan pollera experience! The chicken was delicious, and don't miss out on the Watercress Caesar salad—it's a must-try! The passion fruit juice is absolutely amazing! Highly recommended!

What a bad experience... First of all, this place is supposed to close at 9pm, we arrived at 8pm and the waitress made a face when she saw us enter, we were only two people and we wanted to know the place, since it was our first time . We ordered a chicken which came out in five minutes and was super dry, then the waitress began to clean the floor with a super strong cleaner, the food could not even be enjoyed. Actually, if the place is going to close in an hour and they don't want to attend, it is better to tell the customer that they are no longer serving. It was my first and my last time in this place. Horrible service...
