Really disappointed with the service at this restaurant today. Very noisy atmosphere as there was a function on in the restaurant on this particular day. This was suppose to be a family birthday celebration lunch and felt like i was yelling over everybody. Half the pages were missing on the menu. Waitress had to check if the chef was able to make what we ordered. VERY understaffed. Meals were ok thought it was overpriced for what we got. Went to pay for the bill and wasn't offered a discount which i was quite surprised about as we waited well over an hour for 2 pizzas, 1 pasta 1 risotto. The lady asked my dad to add up the total amount on bill to see if it was correct also. Disappointed to say the least!

Went for dinner with my parents as they love Italian food. We waited for ever for our order to be taken and then had to wait ages to eat. The food was bland to say the least. Worst of all the place is filthy and smells. I was embarrassed to take my parents here. I really wanted to support a local business I was disappointed.

We were placed in the cafeteria area. If I had of know we were literally going to be forgotten about would have not bothered. Waited 35 minutes just to get the attention of staff for a drink order. Then waited another half hour before it came ?. Drinks were all wrong . Kids jug of coke was actually Bourbon ??? . Took yet another 20 minutes to fix the order. Finally ordered . Waited 2 hours !! All up. Chicken Parma was lovely , but the 5 pieces of zucchini and 2 pieces of carrot was pretty dismal for the price. This Italian family restraunt appears to look after its own !! Especially when others walk in and get meals within 40 minutes of walking in . Staff have poor customer service skills and need training in Hospitality. I won't be back !! Ever. Oh and No split bill!! We deliberately all paid individually for our horrid experience.

Went for a birthday dinner and the owners didn't have our booking written down and barley spoke English so made it hard to understand them. Mushroom risotto was very bland and dry and definitely not worth $26.90. I could have made it better myself. Asked for a coke with no ice and received ice in it. Plates are big with small servings of pasta. My dad ordered pasta amatriciana(with chilli and bacon in the sauce) and could hardly eat it,his mouth burning from the overload of chilli. Not much variety for dessert and way over priced for a little restaurant in Donnybrook. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
