Sonic Drive-in - Doniphan

Saw some shady stuff in their kitchen from where I was parked. Not going into detail but I think a food inspector might want to pop on by.

Prices are going up understandably because of inflation. I get text message about specials sonic has and those are so very helpful at saving me

Excellent manager at Waterloo, Illinois store.Went to drive thru one day and my order totaled under $10 but my debit card was pre approved for $19.I noticed a 3 days later that the pre approved $19 had converted to a charge of $19, I went back to Sonic and asked for the manager, explained the situation and showed her my bank account charge.She graciously remedied the situation.

Kitchen has been doing a fantastic job lately, wish I could say the same for the front. Keep trying!

Food is ok but they will let you sit there for 30+ minutes and then bring the wrong order and have to send it back and wait another 30+ minutes. Food is ok but service sucks.
