Dongara Fish & Chips

I've been there 3 or 4 times, I had shark and emperor which were perfect. Generous portion size with a pile of chips. They were my best fish and chips so far. I definitely recommend it. By the way the place is open til 8pm.

The service was a bit straightforward, but the food surpassed our expectations. The seafood basket was delicious, affordable, and definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be coming back.

I was very impressed with this restaurant and do not understand why there are negative reviews, especially regarding the owner who was friendly and welcoming. I had a great conversation with her about the local area while receiving excellent customer service. I always wanted to try this place when in the area and finally made it before closing time. The food was delicious and it only cost less than 20 dollars to feed two people. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant and ignoring any negative reviews. Just remember to consider the owner's busy schedule during peak fishing times for a true customer service experience.

The owner of the restaurant was very welcoming, enjoyed our banter, and most importantly, the fish and chips were the best we've ever had. This place is a must-visit!
