Banh Khoai Tu Quy - Dong Hoi

The restaurant is completely authentic. The menu is only in Vietnamese, but there are photos on the wall. A table full of food at the price of one dish in a hotel restaurant. However, the staff can come off as arrogant.

You must try the railway khoai, it is absolutely delicious. The outer layer is perfectly fried. Definitely one of the top five dishes I have tried in Vietnam so far.

Really good simple local food. Very tasty and the menu had english titles for the dishes.

The place is so popular that the owner does not even care about the newly arrived customers. The waiter had us waited on the uncleaned table for over half an hour and he did not even bother coming back to take the order.

This restaurant serves the best food ever! I recommend trying the rice vermicelli noodles with grilled pork for only 30,000 VND.
