Subway - Doncaster

The sandwich was good, I have no complaints about it. However, the blonde girl working there could use a refresher course on customer service. I can confidently say it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was rude, snappy, and unpleasant. To be honest, I found it miserable. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as the Subway in Frenchgate is much friendlier and has more customers. There is no excuse for poor customer service when there are hardly any customers in the train station branch and two staff members available.

I stopped by this restaurant for a coffee on my way to catch the train to London. I ordered a latte to go, but was disappointed to find that it was lukewarm. When I returned it to the staff, they offered to microwave it to warm it up. It was frustrating to pay £1.80 for a lukewarm coffee that needed to be reheated. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I ordered a sandwich from the Subway near the exit. A young girl served me and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, a male staff member decided to send her to another staff member for a "long stand", then proceeded to laugh and joke about her and how clever he thought he was. This behavior is a form of bullying and was done in front of customers. I wish she hadn't left so quickly so I could have saved her from the embarrassment. I will no longer visit Subway if this is how employees are treated.

Terrible service, poor girl on her own, went very slow, clearly unhappy in her job didn't smile and wasn't polite and didn't apologise for the wait!! Other staff member hovered about but considering queue was 4 deep she didn't help her colleague out at all and just moved some trays around!! Only go if u have lots of time until ur next train!!!!!

Was on my way home and fancied a subway, unfortunately the on on platform 3 is cash only, so went out on to the concourse. The subway there had only one member of staff on which is unfortunate as I would guess most people are in a hurry to catch their train. Never the less, the young man who served me at 18:00 was very friendly and helpful and the sandwich was delicious. Definitely different to the review done in august.
