Rios Pizza - Doncaster

Absolute shocking. Ordered at 5.45, Meant to be here at 6.30, stil not here. Absolute joke and lass on phone was no use! Fed up of ringing them. Do not recommended! Only ordered a pizza and a garlic bread.. Never again will I order here!!!! Wasted £22 and still got no food!!!!

Ordered, food came within 45 minutes. Brilliant! However, the order was wrong. Rang them back up to explain said they would sort and bring the correct order out. It took longer to get the correct second order than the first and it’s now 10pm and I’ve sent it back as I didn’t want it. Poor delivery driver, wasn’t his fault and he offered to drop a refund in. I hope he doesn’t do it out of his pocket and I’ve said he doesn’t need to. Baring in mind this takeaway is round the corner! Most delivery companies rush an order if it’s been done wrong. So my advice, if you want to take a chance your order is right first time, then it might be okay (didn’t taste the food, didn’t get that far) but if they get it wrong make sure you order in plenty of time, so it’s not too late!

Took over an hr to arrive even after a phone call.once arrived was barely edible,chicken burnt,the wrap was tough and cold.First time I've ordered and will certainly be the last.

I don’t usually post bad reviews, but the food from here was inedible! It was the first time I ordered from here and the pizza was burned with barely any toppings, a horrible texture and chewy dough and the donner meat was dripping with oil, but hard and felt like rubber!! The delivery was quick, but everything else was awful.
