Flames Grill Bentley - Doncaster

We ordered a family takaway. 2 large pizza over cooked and cold on delivery. Also a chicken and Donna kebab, the donner meat may I say was under cooked felt raw and had a horrible smell and taste to it . Chips looked like they had been reheated in a microwave . Total waste of money . Won't be eating from flames again. Poor

Website is a RIP OFF! leads to to think they are delivering your food. then turns out you have to collect it! just as well really when you look at the reviews! they just steal your money!

Food turned up over a hour of ordering, the food was cold and really was just a waste of money will not be eating here again.

Ordered a burger meal paid extra for cheese on chips, order came with no cheese on chips so called the take away up they said they would send a portion of cheesy chips. Order turned up 30 mins later after already eaten burger with a sprinkle of cheese on chips called the take away they said “do what you want we will put cheese on next time” didnt offer anything for the inconvenience. Terrible service.

Staff do NOT wear appropriate face coverings whilst preparing food and serving. One guy has his mask permanently pulled down under his nose and the other guy just wears a visor with his breath coming out underneath. They are grumpy, unfriendly and barely seem to understand what you are trying to order. We asked for salad and sauce with our meals but we didn't get it. We've been twice now and it was the same both times. We won't be going again.
