China Palace - Doncaster

Very quite on a Friday lunch time, as soon as you walk in just feel like back to the 80’s (decorations, music everything), dim sum came quite quickly and most of them are ok, there isn’t any other choices in the city at all, I’m surprised there isn’t another Dimsum restaurant in Doncaster

Went for a meal yesterday,service was slow,place was absolutely freezing,food was not clever at all.all felt warmed up.not gone into work today as I Carnt keep of the toilet i would strongly advice people to give it a miss

Amazing food, service, and ambiance! This is without a doubt the top Chinese buffet in Doncaster. Every dish we tried was delicious and definitely worth the cost.

So we pre booked a table for 12 people for the buffet for my partners birthday. There were 3 extra people who came last minute and they were great and gave us another table straight away. The table was booked for 6:30 we orders starters around 7pm it took them 40 minutes to bring them out so we ordered the main pretty much straight after we ended up paying for the buffet but only had 1 starter each and a main as we had kids with us it was 9:30 when we left and didn’t have time to order more, they only bought out 1 noodles and 1 rice for 12 people to share so had to ask for more but food was cold by time they bought them out very disappointed and will not be visiting again!

The meal was pleasant, but nothing special. The decor seems outdated, especially with the music playing from the 1995-era. The service in the restaurant was also a bit slow.
