Burger Jims Doncaster

I was not impressed with my recent dining experience at this restaurant. I used to enjoy coming here, but now the portions have become smaller, the staff seem less friendly, and the food was not as warm as I remember. Overall, there is room for improvement.

Ordered 2 kebabs,both came with meat stuffed in a box with pittas separate,not actually inside them,asked for chilli sauce on both only one with chilli sauce on,asked for garlic mayo on our salad,nope thrown allover the kebab meat,**** rubbish!

My husband ordered a 14-inch meat feast pizza meal a tower burger meal and a whopper burger meal, when our delivery arrived the pizza meal was the only meal that was complete with chips and drink but the other two were missing them items. when i went to eat my whopper meal it had hot chili peppers mixed in with the patty and the burger it self tasted rank plus there was no gerkins or sauce but plenty of onions what i didnt ask for but they replace my gerkins with tomtatos. so in the end my son had his burger with some of his dads chips and i had just chips a waste of money and you cant even get a refund with these guys perftic if you ask me never going here again and the driver was rude to my son

I ordered one week and one of my children’s meals was wrong with missing items and I was told to wait 20 min for rest of order to arrive then a week later we tried again waited over 45 mins and the order once again had missing items rang the shop and told once again we will get them out to you but when you have a family and want to eat together this is a disgusting service does no one check orders before they leave shop and then a single can of pop is a sorry and nothing else poor service just fit for people who have been out all night and don’t care what they get or what time they get it and enjoy been treated like **** as long as they paying money. We now have to share food out again and one of us has to get a cold meal waiting for chips disgusting .

Not ordered from there in years used to be nice however food was cold and late , driver couldn’t find house which is easily accessible and easy to find . Over all poor service and will not be ordering again.
