Chachi's Mexican - Dona Ana

Such a good restaurant we enjoyed on holiday! we stopped when we came back from white sands. small hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant that was busy when we arrived. in any case that is worth waiting! I was part of a big group and no single person had a complain. Too bad this place is not close to home!

Service was amazing. chips and salsa are served as soon as they sit. not sure if the red salsa is in the really super hot, but tonight it was too hot for my pleasure. the green salsa that was served was tolerable haha. we ordered the queso dip and that was delicious! I ordered the kombiplatte with 3 options. I ordered the cheese enchilada (with 2, full-sized rolled enchiladas,) taco and gordita. this meal is brought to 2 tellers, so much food is it! if I had known how much food it would be, I would simply have got the Enchilada plate because it was enough. I would prefer the taco to be a crispy taco because it was served with a maistortilla that is not my fav, but it was good. my man ordered the brisket burrito, who was shattered with red chili and bore and tear on the side added. he was really good!

Great prices. Great ambiance. Food portions are generous. Our waitress, Lupe, was on point. The Restaurant needs to be expanded due to its popularity! And, adding another restroom would help!

Enjoyed the meal and friendly services. A little on the hot side with the salsa. Busy, you may want to get take out. With drinks you will spend some time with dine-in.

I love this little place, the meat steaksalat I ordered was perfect!
