For the Belgians like us, it is located at a strategic location between Burgundy and the “Ped country”, about 6 kilometers from the A31 motorway and the Gye Toll Barrier. Between us, we wonder whether we have eaten well in the same Chinese restaurant as the one so described below. It was Friday, July 19, at noon. At first sight, we will describe it as a small Asian restaurant ideally located in the Jean d'Arc Commercial Pole in Dommartin-lès-Toul. Be careful, describing it as a small restaurant does not mean that there is no shortage of anything. No, it is simply a comparison with the huge Chinese fast-foods found here in Europe. In our view, its capacity is certainly more important than it seems first of all, but, compared to the mastodones resembling huge canteens, the general atmosphere of our small restaurant of Dommartin-lès-Toul remains cozy and we prefer it. The first impression when entering is that it is functional and without blinking. A glance is enough to assess its dimensions, but the look will be above all hung by the beautiful buffet surmounted by a starry blue sky in the middle of the room. The furniture looks sturdy. The tables and chairs are all located near the buffet. A waitress of Asian origin approached us with a smile and placed us at the table. She understood everything but she spoke an approximate French, which did not disturb us at all. Orders were taken and drinks were made quickly. The buffet is in free service. The many nicely presented dishes are approximately the same as those offered in all the "Chinese" of France and Belgium. Naturally, the number of dishes remains at the size of the restaurant but, in our view, there is everything you need to make an excellent lunch. Of course, there is much less food than in the large Chinese fastfood. The pretty buffet was complemented by a teppanyaki corner where a very attractive and perfectly bilingual Asian girl worked. His beauty and kindness seduced us immediately. The price? Thirteen per adult without drinks. I think the child menu cost eight euros. In short, in total, we spent about fifty-five euros all included for three adults and one child, including the excellent coffee and the sake offered by the house. We will add as a conclusion that we should not hesitate to cross the door of this Chinese restaurant with a human size.
We had seen negative opinions before going but had not lent too much importance to it. Probably not to be influenced. What a mistake! Icy atmosphere, very few choices, without attraction and when the bacon is empty, it is not renewed. The desserts didn't even come out of the industrial packaging. To escape! Putting a star (minimum required) is much too much.
Very unheated room...response::c'is because there are not many world Plats almost cold..response::il You have to eat in the 5 minutes and that's okay I don't recommend this place... and I won't put my feet back on it again.
