We enjoyed sitting outside by the river with our dog, which was hard to top. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.

This is the best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to in Colorado, easily outshining the choices in Metro Denver, Greeley, and Fort Collins. I tried a combination plate that featured a shredded beef taco, a shredded beef enchilada, and a pork tamale, and each item was exceptional. I especially loved the fried tortilla used for the taco, which gave it a distinctly crunchy texture. The meal also included rice and refried beans, both of which were quite tasty. The complimentary chips and salsa were delicious and clearly made from scratch. I also enjoyed the guacamole I ordered. The service was quick; I was seated promptly and my food arrived in a reasonable time. The manager was very friendly, and the ambiance was delightful, reminiscent of a cozy lodge adorned with charming Mexican decor. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Four Corners region.
