Belez - Dolny Kubin

Registered request for a double bed only fulfilled on own initiative. room small. No chair&table. Not at all, then sparingly. Light and doorknobs in the bathroom and hallway broken. On departure, the room is to be vacated immediately by 10 a.m., although not everything was occupied. Unfortunately, the service made that holiday feeling and relaxation difficult.

Great place for kids. We spent the whole day there with the children, very satisfied Nearby activities: they have a children's playroom inside and a big playground outside, the location is beautiful, the forests are full of mushrooms. Food drinks: they don't have a kitchen, they only do fast food in the form of fried street food. They have good beer, kofola and some popsicles for children.

I definitely do not recommend staying in this hotel/hostel. Very very unpleasant staff, very bad service. They didn 't even turn up to say hello, an absolutely arrogant attitude. The lady owner kicked out the nursing 1-year-old child from the room because she said she had to clean, while the dormitory was empty. Non-functioning shower, mold in the shower, dirty tables, but especially that she immediately came to charge a fee for the child when he was jumping on the playground. We left there very disappointed and angry and would never go back there again.

Beautiful environment, excellent attractions for children, but the rooms have already experienced their glory and the staff of the cottage together with the operator 0 points, reluctant, unable to say hello, confused, the owner should think about how much potential the accommodation has, but absolutely unfulfilled Rooms: 2
