Five Guys Burgers & Fries

Burger is average and turns into one big, old, hot mess after a few bites when it is fully loaded.My BBQ sauce was lumped up on only one side of the bottom bun and there was no trace of the mustard I order.The extra mushrooms were A.W.O.L (absent with out leave) as well. The mushrooms were present, that's true, but not in any capacity that could be remotely defined as "extra".And the fries? Well Five Guys makes some good old fries then kills them with way too much salt, same as on my last visit and the visit before that.Observe the worker at the French Fry station, making faux overloaded cups of fries.1 - Place the burger in the bag.2 - place the cup of fries in the bag next to the burger.3 - dump a small load of fries from a tiny hotel pan over the top.4 - You are now the witness of deception.5 - eat your burger and root around in the empty bag for the "over loaded" fries by ripping it open like you have discovered 2 cents worth of potato treasure,6- Five guys are you listening? Use a bigger cup. Really. However this visit I experienced something new.I have never been to the local Five Guys during peak hours, this was my first visit during the lunch time rush.What I noticed was; I was number 65, however people that ordered after me, like numbers 66, 67, 68, 69 and 70 got served their food before me.I asked the young man at the French Fry station about this and he shrugged and told me it depends on what you order.So the person that arrived well after me that ordered 2 burgers and a fry got served before me.So I can only assume I was neglected because I only ordered 1 burger and a fry.Very strange customer service policy at work here....66, 67, 68, 69, 70 and 71 were served before me....I eventually put my hand up and and issued a direct order to the entire staff behind the counter...What happened to 65?Needless to say they were not happy with the inquisition...lol.One young fellow pointed to it and said it's right here.How about serving it I asked?Not a pleasant experience.And certainly not at a price point that anyone would call "great value" for a burger, fries and a coke.Like other reviewers I will also add the the music is way too loud and not pleasant to 99% of the population.In conclusion...If you want to be ignored, if you want to listen to **** music played way too loud, if you want too much salt on your fries and if you want to pay a very premium price for an average burger, then come on down to Five Guys.Personally after this last visit I doubt I will return.

It was a very nice representation of the brand. The service was friendly and nice and the burgers were served very quickly. Love those fries. Very big location, lots of tables. and it was reasonably clean.

Never a surprise at Five Guys getting a fantastic burger and delicious fries. We prefer to eat at the restaurant - the burger and fries loose their edge when the travel for 30 minutes! The one thing that was HORRIBLE in the restaurant was the piped in music. I don't consider myself old and stuffy but heavy metal tunes at high enough volume that conversation is at elevated levels was not what I expected. One would have though the music was for the benefit of customers primarily. I suspect that the manager thought differently. PLEASE reconsider for the next visit!

Fresh burger just the way you want it! and fries too! watch out for peanut allergies as they have shelled peanuts to eat everywhere!

Recently picked up some burgers and a poutine from Five Guys...the burgers were average but the poutine - not the best.
