Contribuiți la feedbackThe restaurant is located in Scriò, a small hamlet only accessible through two very steep streets, narrow and full of curves. On the spot the parking is really little, maybe 5, 6 cars at most. Now the restaurant opens only by reservation, but the kitchen always offers the same dishes as always: chestnut soup, frico, wild boar pappardelle, musetto and brovada make it the master, accompanied by wines produced in the cellar behind, visitable and where you can also buy some bottle at really good prices.
I visited the wine cellar and tasted food with a food and wine group. I appreciated the quality of the wines, presented by the owner of the company, accompanied by a delicious appetizer based on meats. The delicious lunch combined with several wines included: Tagliatelle with mushrooms Musetto with brovada and mushrooms Frico Dolce local wet with grappa Castagne roasted with new wine Coffee. I will return
Lunch with friends. Local in a beautiful location in the middle of the vineyards of the helium. Locals that can be easily reached only with the use of the navigator. Recent construction with a unique large room and furnishings spread from farm but neat and clean. Good welcome. Mixed sliced appetizer very good accompanied by yellow ribolla. Ragu gnocchi and farro with good asparagus. Very good gloves, sausages, frico and good chicken cotoletta. Various season contours. Excellent merlot blurred wine. The kitchen is open in the room, everything is cooked at the moment with a fairly limited menu with local products and season as it suits agriturism. Simple but very good dishes, if I will be back in the area I will return. Good price ratio.
Family-run with first-quality ingredients, the compliment to Michele and his family especially his grandmother); the latter is still dedicated to the local cuisine as if he cooked for his grandchildren; special and good wines my favorite roses 12). Good price ratio! Not to be missed
I discovered this farm almost by chance already a few years ago. It was not easy to find it as it is located near Scriò, a hamlet of Dolegna del Collio (about half an hour from Gorizia). It is a family-run farm and many products are prepared in the house, such as dumplings and noodles, so the ingredients are always fresh and the menu changes according to the seasons, just to guarantee the goodness of every dish. There have been several times and the last has been at Easter, in which the fixed menu for the occasion was: appetizer: sliced (dried ham, salami, bacon, cheese); first: homemade pasta condita sugo di guanciale and risotto seasoned with tarassaco (very much appreciated); second: roast of veal with fresh spinach dessert: cake with sponge cake, cream and chocolate In order not to forget the accompaniment of the wines, also these of their production. Personally, my favorite is the Giulia sparkling wine, which is perfectly matched to each dish. For dessert, on the other hand, we were wisely advised a Verduzzo, who married very well with the cake. Finally, I can only say that the kindness, availability and attention of the owners is unique, quality that nowadays are scarce. I recommend this place both in winter, in which the farm is heated by the wood fireplace, and in summer, where you can enjoy the magnificent panorama on the Hill that the resort offers (there is the possibility to have lunch in an outdoor terrace).
