Contribuiți la feedbackInternet been messed up for over a week so they say I know labor cost was up before this and they sent employees home instead of having a manager leave. So this put cash money in there pocket to make up for labor. Not been able to earn points for my free food so yeah this is annoying
We stopped in to eat on 1/7/2024. Our order was placed at 7:47pm (order number 882 in case any employee actually cares enough to read). We waited for 20 minutes. There were two other people sitting in the lobby, and a short line of vehicles in the drive through. We did, however, see employees going out to their personal vehicles and going out to smoke. Don’t get me wrong, I understand there are labor laws for breaks. So after patiently waiting 20 minutes without even receiving our cups, we walked up to the counter. It took nearly 10 MINUTES for someone to even acknowledge we were standing there. And that’s with 4 staff members walking literally right by us. We do have video for proof. And to top it off, the food wasn’t even right. The spicy mccrispy didn’t even have the right sauce on it, it was just loaded down with mayonnaise. The double quarter pounder we ordered had nothing but meat and cheese on it. And these people want $15 an hour or more? Seriously? And when we said we had waited for $30 minutes, a barely audible, lackluster “sorry”? I doubt this will go anywhere, but one can hope. I will be contacting corporate so we can at least get our $50 back that we spent. Was 100% the worst service I’ve had in a long time.
Hit or miss. You either get good food and good service or the exact opposite.
I ordered a bacon bagel and received just an egg bagel, not only do you have to check the bag for your items but also unwrap the items to make sure you got your order correctly…smh do better!!
I 'm giving 3 stars because most of the staff is really nice, but, this morning I ordered 2 orders of biscuits n gravy. I ordered them for my client at work, who wouldn 't be able to eat them until a couple of hours later, therefor I specifically and politely asked in the drive thru to have the gravy on the side on both orders, so it wouldn 't be soggy later when my client ate it. The guy in the drive thru told me no problem , well I was in a bit of a rush to make it to work on time, so I didn 't check the food. When I arrived at work, the gravy was poured on the biscuits, on both orders. I didn 't ask for much, and there was no line in the drive thru, yet they couldn 't do a simple thing that I asked. My client is now eating mush.
