Pizza Guys - Dixon

Very disappointed that they will not substitute red sauce on the Flat Bread (Fiery Pepperoni Bacon). I have been ordering the same flatbread 2-3 times/month for ten+ years and yesterday I was told they will no longer do substitutes. They lost a loyal customer!

Well. I'm not a Person to complain But this situation is a must. So After ordering e r"online to get the 25% coupon. I arrived only to be told they were behind one online orders. 20min later finally got my order Once home. Wife said one of the pizzas is wrong and one is over cooked . Ok. No big deal. But the strand hair that I pulled out of my throat. That was a big deal. At that point no children or adults wanted any. So called to talk to complain. Was offered 2 large pizzas for a future visit. I said no thanks. We will not be returning. And I'd like a refund to my card. They said no problem the card will be credited No credit has came in. No I Have to GO BACK to complain in person loudly

The pizza is good taste, a little bit dry, and customer service is excellent. The place is interesting vibe and felt like when you are a kid again. The video arcades are pretty cool and candy dispenser is a classic look excellent and vibe when you are a kid.

I really appreciate customer service Justin was all about that. Pizza Guys you have a good employee

Best pizza in Dixon and very reasonable prices. Staff is great. Been there many times.
