I’m usually here at the weekend after doing the Grind or BCMC in a morning. It’s almost always busy at those times and a nice atmosphere with all the people there to hike, go up the gondola or ski. Despite the crowds, the service is usually fast and my order is accurate. I did however have a hiccup today (Monday 13th November) when the order taker looked like he really couldn’t care, my order was wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed (add milk….that was all) I had half my drink poured out and ended up with cold milky coffee.Whilst I’m on this point, why don’t Starbucks go back to letting me add the milk myself?

Coffee was fresh. Nice outdoor color tones for Grouse mountain base location. Nice country style theme colors and ambience. Fireplace and artwork very nice.
