The young lady who took my order was very friendly. I requested a keto-friendly drink and she inquired further about my preferences. However, when she asked another female employee about keto options, the employee responded rudely, saying she didn't know what keto was. It is important for individuals working in customer service to be willing to serve customers and assist them with their needs.

The mobile ordering service at this restaurant is extremely fast! The drinks are amazing and look just like the photos, which is a big plus for me. The staff is friendly and the business is really clean. Rarely any issues. The food is top notch here!

They keep messing up my coffee, but when they make it correctly, it's good.

The drinks were perfect but Sadly, the service was very slow.

This is the SLOWEST location. Waited 20 mins and they got it wrong. My order isn’t complex, straight off the menu. The “barista” was on her phone texting, people are waiting…. So frustrating when you’re just trying to get work.
