L'Absinthe - Dinan

Restaurant that doesn't pay a mine. But when you get in, it's small but charming. The welcome is nice. The map is simple. We ate very well. A potato, with in ham, cream and emental, served with a small salad.... Delicious! Other recipes are to be discovered. For dessert, a lemon pie with its little whipped. Just a delight! I recommend.

Nestled away from the bustling tourist spots, this cafe/bar is a sanctuary with its tree-lined views overlooking the Basilique Saint-Sauveur. The ambiance offers a much-needed peaceful interlude to your day. The coffee is notably good, a rare find in this area and a blessing for those who consider coffee an essential part of their day. The fare might be simple, but it complements the scene perfectly. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to escape the crowds and enjoy quality coffee.

We stopped by chance and were not disappointed. We were very welcome, well served and everything was good.
