Contribuiți la feedbackWe had the worst experience we've ever had at a restaurant. Today, we placed two online orders and headed over to pick up our food. Although there was a sign indicating that the dining room was open, the doors were closed. We went through the drive-thru and waited over 20 minutes. When we finally approached the window, we discovered that no one was there. To make matters worse, we were blamed for food we never received, which was a huge waste of our time during our outing.
Today was only our second visit to a Zaxby's. Our first experience was excellent, especially because of the fried pickles. However, today's visit was a bit disappointing. While the food was good, the service left much to be desired. We were charged for a soda even though we only ordered hot water. Although we eventually received a refund, it was a hassle. Additionally, it was frustrating to see the staff congregating at the front and chatting, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. We were just looking for a quick meal, but the service issues were too much to overlook. Overall, we were disappointed.
I went to grab lunch and was immediately met with complete chaos at the front counter. There were no lines, yet everyone was just standing around, unsure of what to do (the lady at the front didn't seem in a hurry, which didn't help). We decided to try the drive-thru instead, but unfortunately, we ended up waiting about 35 minutes. I just wanted to eat, but it’s clear this place needs better organization.
Hear them, we have traveled from florida to the north and have hunger. two young slapped zaxby's wing and tings, and when I tell you I was eating everything and just the bones. the brot was not freshly roasted. other than eating was great. don't be shy, get zaxbys.
Waited 45 mins for food. Ordered online and they had multiple signs saying to pick up online orders inside. All doors were locked. Had to wait in a very long drive through line. Tried to call them and they hung up on me mid conversation. Zero hospitality and not happy with the service at all. When we finally got the food it had been ready for 20 minutes so it was soggy and they gave us the wrong drink.
