Very good address on Dijon, I discovered this place by a friend. Cleanliness, service, dishes, a beautiful visual and gustative emulsion. It's a great experience to do and do. Think of a smile because they deserve it.

Highly refined and subtle in everything they do without arrogance or toughness. Nicely decorated, soothing and intimate dining room. It might surprise you to see so many “Burgers” on the menu.

Great food, great service! If you have a good preparation French steak tartare, here is the place you need to go in Dijon!

The food was excellent. The wine was just as great. Fix price made it worth it. Service was very good. Would highly recommend the Ville Vauban.
