The meal was a gustative happiness: the presentation of the dishes, their flavors and textures, all the extras, such as the delicious breads, the exquisite butchery: bravo to the chef and the cooks. ères !!! and then the restaurant team is adorable, for the little care, effective, the very nice person responsible, offered to take us a photo, a sweet moment of conviviality. It was very nice for us. We'll be back!
Gourmet restaurant with a warm and distinguished setting in the best hotel in the city. I have a very good dinner with a professional service, discreet and fast enough. the value for money is also excellent.
This was one of our best dinners from our trip to France. Every dish was outstanding, absolutely delicious with very generous portions. I can’t wait to visit Dijon again and come back to this restaurant :
Beautiful dining room. Narrow choice on the menu. The duck was excellent and the mousse was too. The sea bass was good as was the cheeseboard. A very wide selection of wines. Service was a little slow.
I had dinner with my wife and my son at your restaurant on July 31. We all ordered the same main course, the veal. Unfortunately, my main course was not really cooked well. The meat was very chewy and I could barely cut it. I tried from my wife’s main course and it was fine. I am not sure if it was just my piece of meat, but I was only able to eat the chinoa and wasn’t able to eat the meat. When the waiter cleared the table I mentioned to her that the meat was not cooked well, which is why I did not eat it. She just looked, took the plate and left without saying anything. For a restaurant of your standard I would have expected at least an apology, which did not happen and was disappointing. On a positive note the breakfast was excellent and the wait staff very attentive, professional and friendly. Kind regards, Stephan Vogl
