Le Grand Cafe - Dijon

Le Dome is a restaurant that is in front of the market covered in Dijon. There are two menus in this place, first the market menu, with first and second of the day, plus a coffee, or second and dessert plus a coffee. According to the seasons, you touch meat, fish, sometimes wild pig in wine sauce, duck confit to rosemary... It's pretty creative. Then the menu of the region costs 20 euros and there are 6 snails, a speciality of saidn, more rooster in wine sauce, or res bourguignon. You end up with an ice cream. The menu is a little more expensive, the dishes come very well presented. There's duck, lamb with cream, Rossini solo, which is a single wheel with foie gras on top, very rich. They cost between 15 and 20 eeuros, plus 10 euros for the first.
