Poulaillon is a bakery in the same vein as Paul, that is to say a rustic decor, traditional recipes even if frozen) unlike there is an Alsatian orientation, Mr. Poulaillon was from there. Even if the waiting line at lunch time is very long, it is worth waiting: the choice of sandwiches is very nice, with mauricettes or ham from the black forest. Concerning desserts, the choice is very wide, I only tasted the chocolate cake and the chocolate lightning, both being very good. The prices for them are around the 7 euros the menu. I also know that this Poulaillon offers hot dishes for the noon but I will tell you more.

Some hotel owners/managers think that running a business is simple, usually because they themselves are a little simple. They are oblivious to the fact that you need to maintain their investment and present it in the most appealing way possible. Sadly, this hotel is nothing short of ****. It's in dire need of a complete makeover, and requires a much bigger effort by the housekeeping staff to improve cleanliness.

Very good quality food and wine, really reasonable prices and friendly service. Couldn't ask for more!
