Manchu Wok - Dieppe

This was my first visit here to be honest i felt that i will never go here again. They don’t value you as customer. I told the lady who was putting food into container that i am having food allergy rather than taking it seriously they were making fun of me. Those two ladies at front was talking in their own language that i don’t but it felt like insulting and they do-not value your opioid at all. When i was paying they expect you to add TIP but kind of service that i got there I wouldn’t never tip them. While i made myself perfectly clear about my food allergy choices they were still offering me some shrimp curry and then they are were laughing as i am fool.I highly recommend to visit other outlets in mall rather than to get yourself insulted.Dietary restrictions: They are not taking your dietary restrictions seriously at all.

In town visiting stopped at for something else decided to grab food. I felt very rushed right off the bat I said I needed a minute and she kept asking me questions. Also first time ever they didn’t fill my container the 2 meats literally fill the corner holes and that’s it and the noodles don’t taste great. Also didn’t get sauce because she was rushing me through like a robot I say I need a second and she’s trying to tell me what to get no how are you or anything. Not to mention I had to ask for a paper bag and she sees me grabbing the fork and she staples up the bag and walks away ?

Taste wise I have no complaints, but portion wise, I would say its lesser than compared to the other Thai stall in the champlain mall.

Today the food was literally amazing. Usually it’s good but occasionally it’s meh.. overall it’s more good than meh and sometimes it’s Amazing where everything is cooked to perfection. My daughter is obsessed with their HG chicken and noodles so she chooses this often. It’s enough for 2 people easy so we always share. Today we did HG chicken, beef broccoli, bbq pork, and the noodles and omg it was the best it’s ever been! 0 complaints. Even on the worst day the chicken is just hard on outside which isn’t overly enjoyable but it’s not too often that happens. We keep coming back so that shows they’re doing something right :
