Restaurent Bei Den Zwillingen

It is regrettable I have to provide one star to this establishment which provides excellent service, food in a wonderful location. We ate very often there and we even organised the baptism of one of our kids at the place. However, all good memories were tainted a few months ago as myself, wife and kids (1,5 and 5 yrs) we were agressed by the staff of the establishment. Verbally and close to physical violence. We almost got ran over by the car of one of the auxiliary staff, followed by invectives and inferences to violence. The staff who served us the lunch was very sympathetic though and helped us identify the person. In addittion, the reception staff did not lift one finger to help, obviously covering the wrongdoer. My little daughter had panick attacks during 2 months I still regret I have not called the police. Call it bad luck, but it’s the only place in Luxembourg, one of the safest places in the world, where we got aggressed. Otherwise, if not crossing the wrong people, the food, atmosphere and the service of the restaurant staff is great.
