I actually went through the drive-thru for my iced coffee. The lady who took my order was fantastic! Her name was Marcy. She had a very bubbly, warm, caring and friendly personality! The best customer service that I have ever received at this location! Marcy is 10/10 in my opinion! Her attitude left me feeling extra happy. She is definitely a ray of sunshine! Don't even speak English or understand it wow Welcome to canada

This is the second time that I have walked in to the timmys and there debit machine is not working. There is also plastic over the pin pad machine that is making the numbers uneven and makes duplicates of the number resulting in wrong pin. I have asked if they could change out the plastic but the cashier said I am just a worker. Complete lack of care for walk in customers. It does not take much to trouble shoot the debit machine and make sure it is working. I also seen them mix up customer orders frequently.

Wouldn’t take my $50 to pay for my big order and got mad at me for canceling my order. Yes could have used debt but I didn’t have my wallet on just cash with me. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30
