Tim Hortons - Didsbury

We just stopped by the store to wait for some friends. The staff dropped a few curse words and forgot a mobile order, then got into an argument among themselves. It was quite amusing. Overall, it was just your typical Tim Hortons experience, I suppose.

My friends and I placed an order for several breakfast items and drinks. Unfortunately, my omelette bites came out undercooked and runny, as if they hadn't been in the oven long enough. One of my friends ordered bagels with butter; however, one was burnt and came without any butter, while the other was barely toasted and had a messy blob of butter carelessly spread on it.

The staff make this restaurant a fantastic place to visit; they are genuinely the best I've encountered. It's truly exceptional! Parking is reasonably good as well.

Today around 8:15 AM I went through drive-through, and it took 10 mins. For my order to be Tooken. Because the guy who was taking my order at the speaker, couldn’t understand us and hear us, and then a girl took over and she was laughing, which I think is rude of her and makes the situation worse. The other five minutes it’s because the train, but there was cars still passing us in the other speaker. Once we got to the window, it felt like we were being rushed as well.

Worst Tim's ever I will drive to carstairs before coming here and I live in didsbury
