Marco's Pizza - Dickson

On Sunday, November 27th, around 7 PM, we ordered a pizza about two hours ago, and it still hasn't left the building. When we call, the staff picks up the phone but just sets it down without speaking. We can hear activity in the background, but no one is communicating with us. We've called several times, but the same thing keeps happening.

The pizza was overcooked and missing several of the toppings I had requested.

Domino's is great but I haven't been to Domino's in a few weeks, just drove by there.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. I was clear in giving my address since we just moved in. The driver went to a different location but told me he was coming. Then another guy called me and said I could either come get it or cancel. His attitude was veryarrogant. It was also clear that couldn?t have cared less about their screw up. I will never order from here again. Customerservice is pathetic and a joke.

Domino's is consistently the best pizza in my town. Marco's uses very few ingredients on their pizzas. Papa John's tends to be soggy and doughy in the center, while Pizza Hut is often either overcooked or lacks flavor. When it comes to pizza, Domino's is the clear winner—forget the rest!
