Cook Out - Dickson

Good food and they were nice, but they couldn’t get my order right after repeating it three times, once at the speaker and twice at the window.

This was my first visit to Cook Out. And my last. I had high hopes for this popular fast food chain, based on the traffic that lined up when this location opened. I was pretty shocked when I got my burger. The bun dwarfed the patty, which was about the size of a slider. While the flavor was good, it and the seasoned fries were cold. The best thing Cook Out has going for it is a wide variety on their menu, if any of these items are better than what I had. I hope this was a one off incident for them, but I'm not up for trying again.

Food would have been good but to much mustard and mayo on sandwiches and order fries got two onion rings per combo. Was told that was all they give. Needless to say won't go back.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and there was NO chicken on it. It was literally a big thing of bacon made to look like a chicken tender!

Ordered a cheese burger .. 2 extremely thin burger patties.. RAW.. not impressed at
