This is a student cafeteria inside Dibrugarh University, and can be a pretty noisy and boisterous place during lunch time. But the food is good and wholesome from a modern and hygienic kitchen, which looks cleaner and better equipped than even a star hotel. We...had the dosa, and regrettably it was not good. While it was crisp, it was doughy and tasted funny and the texture didn't feel right. The sambar, while delicious, can't be called sambar as it was more like a thick gravy. The best part was the coconut chutney, which was excellent. The service is quick and the staff courteous. A good place for a quick lunch or a snack, but avoid the dosa!
