Dairy Queen - Diboll

While the food was good and service was fine, the location itself is extremely dirty. Restrooms are horrible, and the health inspection sign was covered up… most likely on purpose! Will not be back, if the dining/restrooms are not kept well, no telling what the kitchen is like.

Best experience at a Dairy Queen fast, excellent service, extra butterfinger in my blizzard as requested thank you so much! Was definitely a great stop....

Good food, but they were short-handed. Poor cook was taking orders and cooking. Nice guy, but overworked.

Wish this place was better managed. We frequent this stop during travels quite often, each time thinking surely this time can't be worse than the previous. We have opted now it's not a fluke and this place needs serious upkeep. I do not blame the staff, I blame management. Needs a manager that knows what they are doing, how to present their staff in suitable fashion, and this place needs a deep clean. Replace the tiles on the ceiling at a minimum. At least the fries are hot and the ice cream is cold, but with the restaurant the shape it is in, hard to imagine how clean the kitchen is, or how often that ice cream machine is cleaned.

Ordered Jalito burger with onion rings and steak finger basket. When cook brings food to the table we were told We don 't have any of the fried jalapeno for the burger so I just put regular jalapeno on it , the onion rings were burnt and the gravey was literal water. The cook was too busy talking with a prospective hire (which is the managers job) to worry or care about his job to the customer. Out of all the DQ I have been to, this one is by far the worst! Will not return and absolutely do not recommend.
