Pho Hana - Diamond Bar

Customer service was good initially but he messed up and misunderstood our order. I asked for 4 total bowls and they only put in 3. This is probably an honest mistake.One of the veggies they gave us was spoiled and rotton and they were also stingy on giving us srircha.I also ordered a thai tea with boba and the boba was definitely not fresh, the pearls were hardened.If the store was busy, I would have more compassion but they literally only had 1 customerI had spent about $100 for the meals and I left a 20% tip for a takeout orderThey didnt have the common sense or decency to apologize for the missing order that made us drive all the way home and all the way back

Mediocre at best. Soup base not flavorful. And that’s so important for pho!

Pho, fried rice, and bahn mi is the best here! Service is good, price is on point, food tastes great!
