Contribuiți la feedbackLovely restaurant ! We had dinner on the balcony, which was delightful. The evening breeze, view of the sea, and delicious food. The quality of the seafood really stands out. Service was also very friendly and efficient.
The place is very small, I recommend booking. It is the only defect I found, for the rest excellent food quality and precise and friendly service. Potato chips with sword and n'duja were spectacular! The space is little, so I suggest to book in advance. Except for that, the service and the food are extremely good! The potato gnocchi with swordfish and the spicy n'duja sauce are so damn tasty! Definitely approved!
A small cozy Hostaria with four/five tables inside and three couples tables on a small balcony with great views of the beach. The food and service was great. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was the fact that a Hostaria is supposed to be mush cheaper than a restaurant, but the price was similar to the restaurant Guardiola which we visited twice (separate review written on that restaurant). Also there’s a review on tripadvisor further below on this hostaria showing a receipt that gave me the idea that this would be a cheap dinner. But per the photo of our receipt, the prices are similar to a restaurant. So long as Hostaria price expectations are ignored, and this venue is treated as a restaurant, then the meal should be thoroughly enjoyable.
The Hostaria is a little gem with just a few tables, in the historic center of Diamante. We sat outside, where there is a wonderful sea and mountain view. We were with another couple and the terrace held just our table. We felt very special in such an intimate setting. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating. The food was artfully presented and tasted as good as it looked. We had various fish antipasti, pasta and frest fish. The white wine was a Pecorello, which was excellent. Book early to ensure a table. We highly recommend.
I was there in June and in a week my husband and I went twice, we tasted different things just to fully enjoy almost all the menu. What to say, everything's fine! you will not eat fish as in many other places, in fact to say one you will never find spaghetti with mussels and clams or fries. in the kitchen carducci hospitable is an art, they are attentive to the small details and to the care of the customer, kindness then is not a thing built and you feel to feel to hear. to conclude I would say that if you pass by diamond try to taste other flavors from the usual offered habitually and go to find in this characteristic alley the studs of the hostage, you will remain satisfied and as surely I will return. the small balcony gives beautiful sunsets ps. giuseppe we are coming back down and we will be again prepared! filip and zaira
