Jet's Pizza - Dexter

Delicious pizza available at this location!!! Ordered a 4 Corner Pepperoni pizza and it was everything I wanted it to be, and more!! Service was quick and professional.

I placed my order at 6:20 and said it would be delivered at 7:20. At 7:35, I called and at first he said he had no record of my order. Then the manager said that the delivery driver called me AND rang my doorbell when delivering the pizza. My fiancé and I were both sitting on the couch right next to the front door and the driver didn’t call OR ring my doorbell. I went to the door and my pizza was sitting outside my door and it was cold. I understand that people make mistakes but they lied to me and said they called me and rang my doorbell when they did neither. They didn’t offer to make it right, so I will no longer be ordering from them. I plan on calling corporate so that they can make it right.

Needed an operation to have my gallbladder removed after my last visit to this place. True Story.

On 8/10/23 I order a medium pizza and bread sticks and chicken . I place my order over the phone and once the transaction was completed I locked my card as usual. So to remind you I'm on the phone having important phone calls. And I finally finished my calls and listen to my voice message and I had numerous of disrespectful voice messages I wish I can post the tasteless messages from the store manager, And makes threats and send another person to my house that didn't deliver my foodto my house to knock and ringing my doorbell Saying they tried to called me, again I'm on a conference call making threats on my voice mail..these people are not professional and disrespectful, are very tastelessness And you don't know why I haven't answered. I wouldn't had an issue until I heard them voicemails now we have a bigger problem I do work and have a better job then you.. jets pizza in Dexter mi is so unprofessional and tasteless and rude, disrespectful and I Don't recommend no one ordering from here me with the police .
