Applebee's - Dewitt

I enjoyed my visit to applebee’s. the waitress was very sweet and friendly. she made her job with a smile and was very informative about the menu. I cannot remember her names. she deserves her tipp. even the manager was great. can't wait to visit there again?

Terrible experience today, came with my family here and the service from waiter to the chefs was terrible! we waited for about 30 to 40 minutes only for our drinks and the appetizers we ordered, took about an hour to come and I really wish I was exaggerated, but it's the reality of it, we had the boneless wings for appetizer and the crust and boom was too overcooked! when the food finally came to our table, it was just a chaos, my sister had garnel the bourbon and huh and she said it was too salty and dry and the part was quite small, my nephew had the 8 unzen steak and he asked about him well made and it was moderately rare and the amount of pommes on the teller was just a few. I had the classic bacon cheeseburger and the strips of speck were overcooked and hard also the bark pattie was overcooked and very dry. our waiter was in the did high on drug and spoke very sluggish and was very slow to order all on his tables, including ours. I had to complain about eating and the drinks, because they even got the wrong alcohol drink for my sister with little to no real alcohol and she tasted just how sweet it was. easy experience with extremely slow service and a bad waiter called keith. the chefs we make bad with eating. I even saw how the manager helped the staff because we are complaining.

In dewitt erie blvd applebee’s with friends to be told only by the hostess that we could not sit for 30 minutes as they were on the break. asked if we could go into the bar and she said yes! sat on the bar and was immediately greeted by destiny the barkeeper. we asked if we could eat at the bar and they absolutely. the skill served our drinks and took our order on very courtesy and professional wise. I ordered French wobbles that half full and the cheese melted up oh the brot. I asked the manager who delivered it when it was a cup or bowl and she told me in the ground, it was what was! when the meal came out, the young came out and mine came out as takeout. the chic saw immediately and brought it back to the kitchen. Once it came back, it was very good. but the young eating m’s was good, d’s steak was cold and very hard, and j’s was freezing and disgusting. none of them was destiny's fault, but we will never go to dewitt erie blvd applebee again. with destiny's work ethics and ability, it must update to a restaurant that appreciates and recognizes its customerability and skills.

Service staff were very friendly and after completing the submission of my order however unsuccessful after 20 minutes. (with gift card) and management regulations I would have to use another form of payment. an experienced server came to advise the new rental, how I edit my order and I was on the way. on my way with a order that had stale chips with 1/2 (small) cup artischocke dip, 4 petite garnelen to accompany bourbon huhn and garnelen. no sweet and pure maic potatoes, although I had ordered garlic. 1/2 rippchen were edible, but the cost gas to return the remaining food, it was simply not worth it. erie blvd locale has good server but needs better and consistent.

Thank you to the management team for replying to my review on our last visit. They were sincerely apologetic and invited us back. I will def go back as I love Applebees and perhaps this was an off day for some staff members . This did not make me happy having to write a negative review but the service was not to par that particular day, Thanks again.
