You can't visit Devine, Texas without stopping at the cutest little Devine cafe. Seriously the best Carne guisada I've had. The tortillas are homemade with love and the Cafe is a true family restaurant since just about the entire family works there, if they aren't family you wouldn't know it. The owner is number Jaun and adorable. I can't wait to come back to Devine and this little gem that is the heart and soul of that little town. Price per person: $1–10

Food was great!!! Good sized tacos(bigger side). Staff was really welcoming and friendly , even made recommendations. We're from the city but when I come out here for work I'll definitely be returning here! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
