White Castle - Detroit

I waited in line for almost an hour and 40 minutes, and there were only 3 cars in front of me. The person taking orders started yelling at me, which was very unprofessional. There were only two people working, and all I could hear was him screaming. It's absurd that I have to complain about their service. If you don't believe me, go between 7:15 and 9 o'clock. It was a terrible experience, and I will never go back.

Normally, I don't frequent White Castle, but I found myself in need of a meal and they happened to be nearby. To my surprise, the food was delicious and the customer service was excellent!

This restaurant is a good option for a quick meal. The wait time can be a bit long, but the service is quite good. The food is rated at 3 out of 5 stars.

U go through the drive thru or u go to the place their order will still be wrong. I ask for 2 fish sandwich with extra wetar sauce that gave me 2 simple fish sandwich. I suggest you go through the drive-thru, please check your food before you leave.
