Savant Midtown - Detroit

Upon arrival, we found the door locked and the restaurant closed without any prior notification. We were planning to dine at the Fisher, but now we were left scrambling to find an alternative place to eat.

We arrived for our 5 pm reservation only to find the restaurant closed. The phone number was disconnected and OpenTable confirmed our reservation at a restaurant that is no longer in operation.

This restaurant is the perfect spot for a fantastic dinner! The food is amazing, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is cool whether you choose to sit inside or outside. It's a rare find in Detroit to have free parking available across the street. The staff really goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The high quality of the food is reflected in the prices, which are fair. The drinks may be expensive, but they are well worth it for their deliciousness and uniqueness. This place is a real treat – don't pass it up! Our evening was made truly special thanks to Savant, which is a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered. We are already spreading the word to our family and friends. Our server, Dominique, was outstanding – considerate, helpful, attentive, and fun. The bartender was also fantastic. We enjoyed every aspect of our experience at Savant, and the added bonus of free parking across the street was much appreciated. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This charming bistro in the neighborhood has a cozy atmosphere. Although most of the food was delicious, the pomme frites were disappointing as they were just basic American frozen fries. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the French taco.

The food and ambiance were both decent. The server appeared to be new, while the bartender was excellent. They provided great recommendations and crafted delicious drinks.
