Contribuiți la feedbackRose's Fine Foods is more than just a typical diner. The food is fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced, making it high-quality and good for you. They bake their breads and pastries daily, ensuring peak freshness. In addition to homemade ricotta cheese, they also churn their own butter and make their own tortillas for breakfast tacos. Customers can also enjoy scratch-made hot sauce, granola, and coffee. Not only does Rose's Fine Foods prioritize quality and freshness, but they also give back to the community by paying their employees fair wages and making monthly donations to a Detroit-based charity. Overall, a truly awesome dining experience.
Upon first glance, Rose's may not meet your expectations. However, this restaurant offers an amazing and innovative menu, complete with delicious coffee. The Bang-bang breakfast rice is a definite must-try, especially when you add bacon to it!
In a neighborhood of Detroit marred by abandoned houses and broken windows, there is a beacon of hope called Rose's Fine Foods. This breakfast and lunch diner features rustic wooden tables, solid chairs, and all dishes are made from scratch. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, catering to a diverse clientele, and the service is both friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are paid a fair wage and tips are given to a different charity each month. This restaurant reminded me of Melt in Cincinnati and The Electric Cheetah in Grand Rapids.
